Get Involved - Join the Supporters Group

Becoming a member of the Supporters Group is probably the best way to show your support for the restoration of XS422. Through merchandising, and memberships in particular, the SG is able to make regular donations to the restoration fund.

There are three tiers of membership, 2 annual and a lifetime.
Regular Annual membership costs £20, and Lifetime membership is £150.

If you do not have an email address and need your newsletters posted or mailed out then Membership is £30 to cover the cost of printing your newsletters.

All members get the following;

A quarterly newsletter with articles, news and photographs of the restoration process. Newsletters are published on the website here, but three months after SG members receive them.

SG members will be afforded an opportunity to visit XS422 in her hanger at Stennis, if travelling in the Mississippi area. This is by prior arrangement only.

Lifetime members additionally receive, On joining, an AALO patch, as well as one “your name here”patch.

As a result of requests from several of our Supporters Group members we now offer a direct debit facility if you would like to make a monthly pledge to the restoration funds. Anyone choosing to support us in this fashion and donating over £20 per year (our SG Annual Membership subs) will qualify for our quarterly newsletters. To make a pledge just send us an email and we'll reply with AALO bank details so you can set up the direct debit with your bank or building society.
